Do I need to open an account to be able to buy online?
Yes. But you can start filling your basket beforehand.
Once you have decided to finalize your purchase, we will guide you to quickly open your account with us.

Is my personal information secure?
What payment methods does Little Champions accept?
We accept payments with your credit or debit card (Visa or MasterCard) through the Stripe payment platform and also payments through your PayPal account.
All your payments with us are processed through a secure platform, either Stripe or PayPal according to your chosen payment method.
PayPal and Stripe are the world’s leading online payment companies, and take user’s data protection (whether your credit or debit card details or your PayPal accounts) very seriously.
To which countries can I send my purchases?
At the moment we ship our products to several countries beyond Spain. At checkout you will see if we ship to your area. If you can’t wait to get some of our products, you can always email us at email@example.com or contact us via Facebook or Instagram and we will work it out.

If I place an order today, when will I receive it?
Depends on where are you sending the order:
– Shipping to Spain Peninsula and the Balearic Islands as well as Portugal, if you place your order on a working day, it will be delivered within 3-5 working days. For some destinations, if you need it urgently, we have the express option 24-48 hours for a small additional cost.
– Shipping to other European Union countries takes additional 4 to 5 days (both for the standard and the express options)
-Shipping to countries outside the European Union could take a bit longer due to customs controls. This is not always the case, but you should keep it in mind.
In any case, if you place your order on Saturday or Sunday, it will not be sent until Monday morning and then the time specified above will start counting.
We always try to get your orders as soon as possible. If your order seems to be taking longer, do not hesitate to contact us.Back to Index
How can I make an exchange?

How much time I have to make an exchange or return?
Exchanges and returns can be made up to 15 days after the date of purchase. It is important to contact us by email at email@example.com BEFORE those 15 days.
We remind you that both for exchanges and returns, the products have to be in the same condition in which they were received as we reserve the right not to accept these exchanges or returns. That includes, in addition to the good product condition (unused), the box and other packaging elements, just as you received the product.Back to Index
Can I modify or cancel my order once I have made it?
If your order has not yet been sent, we can modify sizes, colors, quantities or even process your cancellation if you wish.
If your order has already been sent, we can not make changes to it, but by contacting us we will give you the solution to request an exchange or even cancel the order.
Remember that all exchanges, modifications and returns are subject to our policies of exchanges, modifications and returns.

I received the exchange but I am still not convinced with the product. Can I make a return?
Of course. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days of receiving the exchange and we will help you with the return. We will refund you the value of your purchase, minus the purchase and return shipping costs.
We remind you that both for exchanges and refunds, all products have to be in the same conditions in which they were received. That includes, in addition to the good condition (unused product), the box and other packaging elements, just as you received the product.
All sales taxes will be included in your refund if your order was sent to a country within the European Union. Outside the European Union, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. You may be able to recover these costs by contacting your local customs bureau directly.Back to Index
I have requested an exchange, but now I want to keep both products! May l?

If you still have both products, we will only ask you to pay for the second product as well as the shipping costs through the card you used to make the last purchase.
If you have already returned the product you wanted to exchange, you just have to purchase it again in our store, and we will send it to you*

When will I receive my refund?
Depends on your bank. Refunds usually take between 10-14 days.
Remember, the amount will be paid in the same form of payment in which your purchase was made, minus the shipping and the return of the purchase.

What does it mean that your products are ethically-made?
While Little champions is a for-profit organization, we have a strong social component. All our products are produced in Barcelona by the social workshop Salta, part of the ARED Foundation. ARED Foundation pursues the social and labor reintegration of women at risk of social exclusion by passionately training and employing them in Salta. Which materials are Autonomy hooded towels made of?
Autonomy hooded towels are made of microfiber. This microfiber has the OEKO-TEX 100 certificate. The microfiber is composed of 90% polyester and 10% polyamide. It also has a 100% cotton cap (ribbon with stars).
Additionally, Autonomy Swim hooded towels come with a matching bag, made of the same microfiber with a 100% ultra-resistant neutral color Olefin ribbon.Back to Index
